helloassist is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (REMOTE - WFH) who will be in charge of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable results.

You’ll need a sharp analytical mind, proven experience in paid performance marketing (especially on Meta and Google Ads), and the drive to constantly test, iterate, and scale campaigns. If you're someone who can turn data into action and numbers into impact, we want you on our team.

Results We Expect:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize all paid campaigns (search, display, social) to hit specific ROAS and CPL goals
  • Monitor and report on key metrics weekly (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, etc) and optimize accordingly
  • Test new ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance
  • Track pixel and attribution accuracy using GA4 and platform-specific tracking tools
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and action items
  • Propose and implement funnel strategies to drive conversion across the buyer’s journey
  • Conduct A/B tests to identify scalable paid strategies
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-converting creatives
  • Author and update SOPs related to paid campaign execution and reporting
  • Regularly audit campaign structures and budget allocation to maximize efficiency

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the paid marketing strategy across Google, Meta, and other relevant ad platforms
  • Stay current with platform changes and evolving best practices in PPC and performance marketing
  • Build out campaign experiments, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on performance
  • Maintain performance dashboards and marketing reports
  • Ensure full-funnel alignment from ad to landing page to conversion tracking
  • Set quarterly performance goals, review results, and adjust strategies accordingly

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience using GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Experience using Adobe, Procreate, Canva, or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
  • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
  • Experience in using Project Management software such as Asana, Trello, etc
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach techniques
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software
