helloassist  is looking for a HR Administrator - Onboarding (REMOTE - WFH) to ensure new hires have a seamless and engaging onboarding experience.


The  HR Administrator - Onboarding will manage account setups, prepare onboarding materials, facilitate onboarding sessions, and contribute to the development of training content on Acadlé. If you have a knack for creating exceptional onboarding processes and experience in training or course, we’d like to meet you. Results We Expect:

  • Seamless facilitation of onboarding sessions, ensuring new hires feel informed and supported.
  • Efficient and accurate account setup for new hires within specified timelines.
  • Address questions and concerns from new hires during their onboarding period as needed.
  • Updates to onboarding materials to reflect organizational changes as needed.
  • Development and maintenance of Acadlé training courses aligned with company policies and goals.
  • Gather and analyze scheduled feedback surveys from new hires regarding their onboarding experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Set up accounts and provide access to necessary tools and platforms for new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding materials, including welcome kits, presentations, and schedules.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, covering company policies, values, and tools training.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and concerns during their onboarding period.
  • Write and update training courses on Acadlé to ensure content remains engaging and relevant.
  • Collaboration with HR and people managers to tailor onboarding content to department-specific needs.
  • Track onboarding progress, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout onboarding processes.
  • Handle special onboarding requests, including custom training sessions or unique account setups for specific roles.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or a similar role—even outside of HR.
  • Proficiency in training platforms (e.g., Acadlé, LMS tools) and familiarity with Google Suite or MS Office applications.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and connect with new hires virtually.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Continuous learner, adaptable to change, and embraces innovation and new technologies
  • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
  • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in course writing or instructional design.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and remote work environments.
  • Background in onboarding for the outsourcing or BPO industry.
