helloassist is looking for an UI/UX Designer (REMOTE - Work From Home) who will help us create a visually appealing and user-friendly website that reflects our brand identity.
The UI/UX Designer will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing our website to provide an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and the ability to work collaboratively to bring our brand vision to life.

Results We Expect: (Graphics)
- Create necessary assets (including illustrations, infographics, visual content, web and email images, animations, slides, and/or templates) necessary to support operations
- Deliver all design projects by the agreed deadlines
- Complete revisions within 48 hours of receiving feedback
- Attend weekly team meetings and provide updates on design projects
- Develop a monthly design calendar outlining key projects and deadlines
Results We Expect: (UI/UX)
- Design at least one complete UI mockups per week
- Develop at least 1-2 high-fidelity prototypes per month
- Conduct accessibility audits and usability tests for every major design release
- Conduct at least one user research activity or usability test per month
- Review and update design components and guidelines at least once per quarter
- Provide monthly reports on design performance metrics
- Collaborate with the team to align on project requirements on a regular basis
Your Responsibilities:
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into final designs
- Ensure all website designs reflect and strengthen our brand identity, including visual style, tone, and messaging
- Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide for the website
- Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our website that align with our brand identity and business goals
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web pages and features
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to inform design decisions
- Work closely with the core team, to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives during the rebranding process
- Create visual content that enhances the overall brand experience
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions, analyze test results and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Provide recommendations based on latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions
- Maintain secure backups of all active work, including drafts and final versions, on multiple media or cloud storage
- Keep an organized archive of all completed projects for future reference and proof of creation
- Perform administrative tasks to facilitate copyright registrations where applicable
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design or similar web development roles
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and experience with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch or Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience in branding, web design, social media, and sales and marketing materials
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
- Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
- Experience in creating websites and designs for Startups
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web development
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with Video editing tools (great to have, but not required)
