Graphic Design Lead (WFH) - Up to PHP 60k
helloassist is looking for a Graphic Design Lead (REMOTE - WFH) to take charge of visual branding across campaigns, social content, ads, and internal initiatives. You’ll lead design execution and maintain brand consistency while mentoring junior creatives and collaborating with marketing, content, and leadership.

Results We Expect:
- Own and maintain the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all brand materials including ads, social posts, pitch decks, email campaigns, and web assets.
- Oversee the creative development and execution of visual marketing assets from start to finish, including briefing, design, review, and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to align design direction with business objectives, audience needs, and performance goals.
- Proactively identify design gaps, outdated materials, or off-brand content and propose updates or new asset creation.
- Provide ongoing feedback to improve design quality, speed of delivery, and campaign effectiveness through visual storytelling.
- Create, maintain, and regularly update internal design SOPs, templates, and brand style guides to ensure scalability and team alignment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, for marketing campaigns, internal branding, and client-facing content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high design standards.
- Coordinate with content creators, marketing leads, and freelancers to ensure visual assets are on-brand and aligned with campaign goals.
- Guide, review, and provide constructive feedback to junior designers or third-party creatives to uphold quality and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on design trends and apply relevant inspiration to elevate brand presence across channels.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertising
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and similar design tools
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for web, social media, and other digital platforms
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
- Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus
- Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, or front-end development tools is an advantage
